Energy Scenarios (part 2)

This lesson focuses on the interaction energy-economy, providing insights on environmental costs, investments and policies related to the energy system.

Part 2 focuses on the effects of energy use. On one hand energy helped supporting economic growth and other related aspects of human and social development. On the other it has a number of unfortunate effects (e.g. on climate and environment).

This part of the lesson is devoted to the main effects of energy emissions on climate change. It also illustrates the society’s response to the problem.
